Power of Exercise
When I work with clients who are struggling, I highly recommend exercise between sessions. I feel it is a crucial element to happiness and mental clarity. As Tony Robbins says “physiology changes psychology” and when we move our bodies we energize our vibration and release resistance.
I always share my own experience and explain that the stronger and healthier I have made my physical body in the past, the stronger and healthier my mind has also felt. I first experienced this …in my early twenties, when I started a weight training class with a group of friends while I wasn’t feeling very mentally strong. I was surprised how quickly the strength in my body improved, and even more surprised how quickly my mind also increased in strength in such a quick amount of time! Weight training is now a regular part of my exercise regime.
Next time you are having a “melt down” moment, try it for yourself, remove yourself from what you are doing, and go for a walk or a run, and see how your mindset changes on your return. My own passion for exercise drives my encouragement for clients to also experience the same benefits I have from exercise!
